What we collect
Information you give us. Your email address when you request a guide, subscribe to The Daily 3 or download a dataset. Your phone number only if you text our keyword or submit it on a form asking for text alerts. Your name where a form asks for it. Messages you send us.
Information collected automatically. Standard web analytics (Google Analytics): pages visited, approximate region, device and browser type, and how you arrived. Cookies used for site function, analytics and, where shown, advertising.
What we do not collect. We never ask for your Social Security number, bank or card details, Medicare number or medical records. No page on this site will request them. If something claiming to be us asks, it is not us.
How we use it
- To send the guides, newsletters and alerts you requested.
- To answer you when you write to us.
- To understand which content helps, so we make more of it.
- To comply with the law.
Text messages
If you join our text list you consent to receive recurring automated messages about benefits updates. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to end messages at any time, or HELP for help.
Advertising and partners
Pages may carry advertising, including ads served by Google AdSense, which uses cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other sites. Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
